Random Utah Mountain Driving: Wednesday, October 15, 2008

As the fall colours were turning so dramatically, Jesse and I threw Paco (the Pug) into the car and headed out for an amazing drive.  We went over the Wasatch Front (from Provo to Heber, from Ogden to Morgan, from Brigham to Logan), just exploring and having a wonderful time.  Unfortunately, for most of the day the weather wasn't particularly cooperative, and dark clouds kept blowing through (my camera doesn't do so well in low light).  But, as you can hopefully still see, the colours were amazing, and this being our first Autumn in Utah, pretty overwhelming.  Paco loves to take trips in the car, so he was in heaven.  Jesse and I were too.

Wish you had been there to share it with us.  Fall in the Appalachians is pretty spectacular, but Fall in the Rockies just HAS to be experienced.
