It was another beautiful winter day, so Jesse and I and the dogs spent the day outside. We played outside around our house for a while, then took the pugs up to Mill Creek Canyon to play in the snow and visit other dogs. By this time we had adopted our rescued Pug Rudy, and this was his first trip out with us. (In case any of you are wondering why we never take the Labs out on trips, it's because they are not friendly with strange dogs -- so on the odd occasions we DO take them, it has to be somewhere we are unlikely to encounter other dogs).
Mill Creek Canyon is only 5 minutes from our house, and it's dog-friendly, so we go there a lot. There's great hiking there too, although of course we didn't hike, just played. :)
